  Out with Andy King and two freinds from Denmark today taking in the stunning scenery of the Bannau Sir Gaer area when we saw 2 Ring Ouzel (adult male and a juv) near the headwaters of the Afon Sychlwch, the birds feeding on rowan berries at SN808223. Also 2 Dipper, 8 Raven, Kestrel.

  Only time for a 2 minute jump out of the car at the marsh this morning, and a hefty (probably female) Peregrine in the distance finishing off breakfast amongst a mass of white feathers
