  Sightings timed between 12:20 and 14:45

Four ravens on rocks, so decided to go over and see why when 11 flew out of a sink hole that contained a sheep carcass. One buzzard flew out of it as well.

Two adult red kites, separate to Colin’s sighting.

12 swallows flew over my head going north – someone needs to tell them they’re going the wrong way! The remaining were a swirling flock generally heading south west around the Carn Fadog area – the count is not accurate.

Also seen, 1 fox, 5 small tortiseshell butterflies (Garreg Las) and 1 Red Admiral (between Garreg Las and Foel Fraith).

Some meadow pipits in groups.
