Exceptional Bar-wit number for January. Initially along the shore on the Bury Port side before flying and settling opposite Pembrey harbour viewpoint.
Brents flew downstream in two groups.

Heronries in Carmarthenshire Past and Present

Is a talk by Clare Bishop, the BTO heronries organiser for Carmarthenshire, on the current status of heronries in the county and a recap of those that no longer exist.

Tea/coffee (free refills) and biscuits to follow (£1.20).
