| 7 singing Chiffchaffs in Millennium Coastal Park woodland E of Burry Port (SN 45-00-). All singing at different locations. Also one heard singing as my car (stuck in <20mph convoy!) passed the ex Pwll fishing lake; finally one other in woodland at E end of Stradey Woods. |

| Over 300 gulls were circling above the High St. in two groups too high for me to distinguish one large gull species from another, and there were another 100+ in flooded fields down river of the bridge. A mix of herring and black headed. |
