Adult winter Bonaparte’s Gull found by Dominic Davidson this evening. Stayed for about an hour then flew out to the Burry Inlet. The earlier reported Common Terns were in fact Arctic Terns.

At least 25 Woodpigeons rising from the marsh. Shelducks circled estuary but did not land. Rooks feeding on the nearest grass.

seen from cycleway flying upriver at former site and 2nd bird at latter also flying up river about an hour later. Lesser whitethroat rattling song heard at Dryslwyn
