| From Boardwalk hide the best views we have ever had of a Wood Sand. Near the hide and skulking in the path-side undergrowth was a female Blackbird with a broad, white eye-ring around both eyes. Very strange. |

| Female or juvenile as no white patches and no churring heard. From the size we think it was a juvenile. Continuous “cluck cluck” call while in flight. Circled us closely several times, occasionally landing on top of trees. |
