| Hi all, I had been told that photographers had been cutting vegetation around the hide at Pembrey Burrows Local Nature Reserve. I checked today and disappointing to see the report was true. | Took flight from edge of river with common snipe affording size comparison, flew a little way upstream at a low height remaining silent. Smaller than common -about skylark- sized. Common called and flew off high over trees. |
