| A female Hen Harrier flew in the distance over Garreg lwyd to the direction of Tair carn yesterday afternoonjust before 4pm. I managed a few poor photos which i've put on south wales birders for confirmation before reporting. |

| On 14th we reported a Blackbird near Boardwalk hide with broad white eye-rings In dense vegetation and so was impossible to photograph. Interestingly, on Devon Bird Sightings (Jill is down there for a week) a posting on 17th August shows a Dunnock with the same abnormality. |
