Apologies, just a correction that it was 1 Red Grouse seen yesterday not 10 and 10 Wheatear not 1.
As mentioned 1 Red Grouse flushed on the slopes under Garreg Llwyd.

Along road between Herbert’s Quarry & Palycwrt.  No sign of yesterday’s  2 Ring Ouzels at the Quarry found by Richard Cleobury.

Good numbers of Wheatear up on a windy Garreg llwyd this morning. Also the usual Meadow pipit and Skylark. Lovely to see a Red Grouse, accidentally flushed on the slopes facing the old opencast beneath Garreg llwyd. No Plover seen this morning nor any (very) early Dotterel.

Terns very distant in the mouth of the Burry inlet.
Hirundines appeared to be flying inland.
