Nightjar sighted at 2130 and churring could be heard for approx 10 minutes. Drizzle and fog came down and stopped play.
Board walk path is closed for maintenance

Blue ring T45H on its usual spot and, as is its habit, driving away other Black-heads. Pointed out by Bill and Dieter and reported by Geoff Charlton on 4th July, presumably having just returned from Poland as in the past few years.

I thought it was worth a mention, during recent days when the sky is blue, we have watched four very vocal buzzards together over Salem, On one such day a further two were together a distance away and very vocal. For me the bird of Wales!
