| I was 99.9 percent certain on seeing the bird as certainly not a Buzzard or Kite in flight or the colour..although mainly brown had a distinctive white band going across, just above the tail. Checked with a few on South Wales Birders and did Id check online and 100% certain now it was a Female Hen Harrier |
