| NOT a record. Just a suggestion to others to consider decent-sized areas of bracken/heath/rough ground for Nightjars (ie does n`t necessarily need to be conifer clear-fells etc). Brackeny slopes were classic sites back in the 1950s – eg Furnace Pond, Mynydd Penbre etc near Llanelli. Good luck! |
