Between 17.oo and 17.30 in the large field to the right of the canal, walking along the canal right hand path towards Pembrey. The hen harrier was a female flying low over the field then landing among the tall brown grasses. We did not see it rise again,. The kestrel was sitting atop a large bush in between making forays in the same area. The stonechats were perched on bare twigs on top of brambles and the male was displaying to the female. |
